Rental Policy

This policy explains how renting a car from CV Bali Widia Trans works. The exact terms for your booking (price, deposit and any special arrangements) are confirmed with you in writing on WhatsApp or email before the rental starts.

Booking and confirmation

A booking request sent through this website is not yet a confirmed booking. Our team will check availability, send you the price and confirm the details. Your booking is confirmed once we have agreed the terms and received any required down payment.

Required documents

• Rental with a driver: a valid identity document (passport or KTP).
• Self-drive rental: a valid passport or KTP and a valid driving licence. Visitors from abroad need an International Driving Permit together with their national licence.

Deposit and payment

A down payment confirms your booking. Self-drive rentals may require a refundable security deposit. The amount, payment method and refund time are confirmed before your rental.

Fuel, tolls and parking

What is included depends on the type of rental and will be confirmed with your booking.

Insurance and damage

We will explain the insurance cover and the renter's responsibilities before you confirm a self-drive rental. Please report any accident or damage to us immediately.

Changes and cancellation

Please tell us about any change or cancellation as early as possible. The cancellation terms that apply to your booking are confirmed together with your booking.

Pick-up and return

Cars can be picked up at our office or delivered to your hotel, villa or Ngurah Rai Airport. Please return the car at the agreed time and place, in the same condition as when you received it.
